Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with any part of your order, please contact us at info@mauihub.org or call/text 808-757-9125. We appreciate a photo of the product to help us address the issue. You can also use our Contact Us form on the website to report any problems.

Please note that once the ordering period has ended, Maui Hub is generally unable to cancel confirmed orders. Since items are harvested and packaged specifically for your order and are highly perishable, cancellations cannot be made due to reasons outside of Maui Hub’s control, such as a customer being unable to pick up their order on the designated pickup day.

For eligible orders, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
