Pocock’s Pickles is a Maui-based, small-batch pickle company rooted in local sustainability, island-grown ingredients and community connection. Each jar is thoughtfully crafted to support Hawai'i farmers and reflect the flavors of the islands.

Made in small batches using a traditional preserving and canning process, Pocock’s Pickles feature cucumbers grown on the Big Island, local dill, Hawaiian chili peppers, garlic, vinegar and pickling salt. This time-tested method ensures quality, flavor and shelf-stable jars that can be stored unopened at room temperature.
