Honi Honi Chocolate is a Maui based bakery providing delightful desserts and chocolate made with organic ingredients, certified organic regenerative cane juice and Rainforest Alliance Certified chocolate. Each offering is thoughtfully created using truly fresh ingredients including Hawai’i-grown jewels: ‘ulu, kalo, pia, coconut, cacao, macadamia nuts, vanilla, flowers, pa'akai and healing functional fungi.

All people, plants, fungi, animals, water, and elements are our kupuna—past and present. We are all nourished by and because of the devotion and wisdom of the ancestors of Hawai’i nei and this planet. May their wisdom of cultivating nourishing foods, protecting natural resources and tending to soil, be enjoyed and appreciated with each bite from Honi Honi Chocolate.
Practices
Owner of Honi Honi Chocolate, Sarah Hart, lives in Kula with her ohana and loves preparing food for farmer’s markets, local health food stores, and retreats. Her partner, Joshua, is a steward of coconut palms on Maui and provides coconut water and cream to Alive and Well, and has provided much inspiration to Honi Honi for ways to use coconut to nourish Maui. Founding Maui Raw Gourmet in 2009, Sarah offered raw and plant-based, gluten-free crackers, granola, nut milks, desserts, savory meals and cultured macadamia nut cheeses (now enjoyed as Maui Raw Macnut Dips) through 2014. Honi Honi is now Sarah’s offering of sweetness and joy!
