Located at 1900ft, we grow a seasonal selection of vegetables, flowers and herbs in partnership with Janet & Gerry at Kupa'a Farms. Yearly, Kupa'a collects over 50 tons of local food waste which is turned into living compost for the farm. We utilize cover crops, crop rotation, Biodynamic preparations, heavy mulching and other practices to support soil life and the growth of healthy plants. Most of our produce is grown for Marlow, the Maui Country Club restaurant and wholesale partners and we are NOW super happy to have more available weekly here on the Hub!

Managed organically since 2004, Kūpa’a Farms has been using sustainable, organic and regenerative practices to build a healthy farm ecosystem and microclimate which supports our seasonally grown vegetable and fruit crops.
