Moku Roots is a zero waste farm to table restaurant in Lahaina. Our mission is to create the absolute most delicious and highest integrity food using as many local ingredients as possible in turn supporting the goal of food independence in Hawaii.

We have an organically managed farm which supplies a portion of the produce we use. We buy from local vendors as well and always buy organic or organically managed whenever possible. Any off-island ingredients such as spices/oils that are not available from here are USDA certified organic.
