Hi! I’m Brittney, baker and owner at Homestead Bakery. I specialize in organic sourdough artisan bread, using slow fermentation and small batch methods. Each loaf is fermented for 24 hours and baked in individual Dutch ovens. I started by sharing my bread with friends and soon found myself making up to 200 loaves a week. Besides my passion for baking, you can find me roller skating or paragliding with my two little ones in tow. I’ve loved being part of Maui Food Hub from the beginning; it's such a special organization that really caters to small businesses and the community. I’m really grateful that through food hub we are able to access such amazing local food island wide.
