Aloha my name is Leah Subiono. Owner and Head Baker at Subiono's Bakery located in the beautiful Haiku, Hawaii. I am a full time mom to 7 children and am working towards my Bachelor's degree on Childhood Education specializating in SPED education. At Subiono’s Bakery, we believe good food starts with good roots. Using island-grown ingredients and time-tested recipes, we bake from scratch with the kind of care you’d find in a home kitchen. Our breads, pastries, and sweets are made fresh each week, no shortcuts, just real, honest flavor.
